. Vorige week vrijdag telefoon gekregen van Switch met de melding dat ze hem binnen hadden! Ondertussen zijn we een weekje verder en staat Leopard er reeds op ipv Tiger.
OS X voelt gewoon heerlijk aan! 
Zalige kleine functies zoals Spaces (bestaat al langer voor Linux en Windows, maar het werkt vlotter onder OS X vind ik) en Exposé doen me telkens ik nog even in Windows iets moet doen terug naar OS X verlangen. Alles draait vlot, het scherm is heerlijk, het systeem neemt niet 700 MB RAM in ook al staat er geen enkel programma open ( 
Vista), er zijn geen honderden bugs in Leopard ook al is het maar net uit. Behalve een paar kleine werkt het even vlot of zelfs vlotter dan Tiger! Als OS X me zo verder blijft verheugen gaat hier volgend jaar misschien ook nog een iMac staan wie weet .
Ik vind zelfs dat Leopard vlotter werkt dan Tiger! Leopard ondersteunt onder andere veel beter dual core dan Tiger. En de GPU wordt naar het schijnt meer ingeschakeld voor gewoon rekenwerk omdat die de helft van de tijd niks te doen heeft.
Dat Leopard sneller werkt kan je vooral zien aan de snelheid waarmee hij in en uit sluimerstand gaat. Bij Tiger duurde dat soms 4 tot 5 sec, terwijl Leopard het bij mij in 2 seconden doet. Daar kan windows wel een puntje aan zuigen, daar duurt het zeker een halve minuut:p
