We bought a 1 bedroom unit at the Grandview back in 2005 shortly after we got engaged. We came back home got a lower interest loan from our bank and paid off the RCI loan. We’re going to be using this to go to Mexico in Jan and even put some points towards airfare. For us, this has paid for itself already. We still haven’t actually stayed at our unit in Vegas but it’s come in handy to travel to other places. No complaints here!
